Welcome @ the official 2010 Dutch World Golfers Golfers Team website.
We have represented the Netherlands @ the 2010 World Golfers Amateur Golf Championship (WGC) in Thailand, Hua Hin (October 30-November 5). As a 5-person team and individually.
We have played 72 holes strokeplay on 4 beautiful championship golf courses; Black Mountain, Banyan, Imperial Lake View and Majestic Creek.

Amateur Golf Championship
The WGC is the world championship for amateur golf players that begins with the national qualifications in different countries around the world. The WGC gives the amateur golf sport the power and prestige of an official world championship.
In the WGC the golf players play in a team and in an individual competition.

Late updates
Due to WGC organisational problems (with the leaderboard, wrong scores and getting the scores very late everyday or the next day), limited/poor internet access and a lack of free time (because of the 6 hour rounds) we could not update our performances during the competition days. At the moment you can find all the team and individual performances @ ‘The Performance’-page.
In the coming days we will also update several pages and upload lots of photos.
